Mud Sweat and Tears the 2012 Atlanta Spartan Sprint

As I sit here writing this blog I am reflecting on what was a great weekend of mud and mayhem at the Atlanta Spartan Sprint. The distance was only 5 miles much shorter then the 9 that I ran at the Miami super two weeks ago, but it was still a very challenging race non the less. The course was perfect for me a great trail run with a nice hill climb, followed by a great down hill portion that took you through the brush I love going off the trail. There was no swimming this time but there was water to cross and wad through. Then there was the mud!!!!!!
